  • What is ShopESSENT 2.0?

    ShopESSENT 2.0 is the newest version of Essent’s online marketing catalog. It’s a one-stop shop for all the marketing tools available to the Business development team – everything from business cards to marketing collateral to promotional products to tradeshow packages. ShopESSENT 2.0 features more user-friendly functions, plus improved navigation that makes products easier to find. There are also quick links and improved customization options.

  • Can I personalize marketing materials with my name, contact information and photo?

    Many of Essent’s marketing collateral pieces have a place for personalization. On the previous version of ShopESSENT, you would find these pieces under Personalized Collateral. On ShopESSENT 2.0, simply search for the type of marketing collateral you want; if the piece is able to be personalized, you will see the “customize” button. Before you order any personalized materials, please go to My Account and be sure that your Profile contains all of your correct information.

  • Can I create my own marketing materials?

    No, you may not create your own marketing materials. However, you can download PDFs of most materials you see on ShopESSENT, save them to your desktop, and either print them yourself on a high-quality printer or email them to your contacts.

  • How long after I place my order will my materials be delivered?

    It typically takes 2 to 4 business days to print and fulfill materials. You can select how quickly you’d like the materials shipped by choosing from ground, two-day or overnight options. If you have a specific date by which you must have your materials, please put a note in the Notes section of the Shopping Cart and let us know your drop-dead date; we will always do our best to fulfill your order in the time frame you need. If we are not able to fulfill it, we will notify you.

  • Who do I call if my order isn't correct or on time?

    You can call ShopESSENT Customer Support at 877.286.4023 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, Eastern Standard Time.

  • What if I am having trouble placing my order?

    You may also call the number above if you are having trouble placing an order.

  • How can I track the delivery status of my order?

    Your order status and tracking notifications will be posted on your Account Page under the Order History section.

  • How do I know when new products are available on ShopESSENT?

    There is a feature called What’s New on the ShopESSENT Home Page, where you can see the latest products that have been added. In addition, the Essent Marketing Team will send out notifications when new products are added.

  • I have a new photo. How do I upload it?

    Under the My Account section, there is a photo option. Follow the directions for uploading a photo. Be sure to click on the check box for making it your default photo. Please note it takes 1-2 days for new photos to show up in your Profile after they are approved.

  • I need to order tradeshow materials for an event that I am sponsoring. The event starts on a Sunday. Do you deliver on Sundays?

    No, we are not able to make Sunday deliveries. Please be sure that you request the prior business day for delivery of your items. In this example, request delivery for the Friday before the event starts.

  • Can I request that my tradeshow materials be shipped directly to the hotel?

    Yes! In fact that is the most efficient method. However, you must be sure that you enter the complete shipping address as specified by the event, along with the person’s name to whose attention it should be directed. If that person is you, indicate your own name as Hotel Guest.
